Al has bowled in the Grand Rapids Association for over 50 years. He has numerous league titles, a career high average of 226 and a high series of 856. Al is proudest of his time spent on the lanes coaching junior leagues and high school teams at Sparta Lanes. Al is thrilled that the Sparta High School Bowling Team has earned conference and regional titles and a 2nd place finish in the State.
